Child rearing can be overwhelming and stressful. My role, with Postpartum Support, is to ensure you receive the best care possible by providing needed information to settle your mind and offer support for you to be at your best. This service is offered either in-person or virtually. This package is customized by the client and includes: - 4 in-home or virtual visits (lasting up to 2 hours) - Development of strategies to support self-care - Other topics as requested
